Philip Warren

Founder & Director

With over 30 years’ experience, Philip is a qualified Financial Adviser with Diploma status from the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society, and also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He began his career at City Assurance Consultants. He rose through the ranks to become CEO, after which he led a successful management buyout and seven years later sold the company.

Philip has an exceptional rate of client retention and takes great pleasure in his long-standing relationships spanning decades and generations with client’s families.

Philip is married to Annabel and has three daughters. He is keen on long walks with his working cocker spaniel, Eddie, in the Surrey countryside. He is a qualified navigator and puts this to good use in various vintage aircraft at summer air shows. Philip also enjoys fly fishing and field sports and is a Freeman of the City of London.

Suzie Williams

Operations Manager

With a BA Honours degree in Business Management and almost 20 years’ experience in Financial Services administration, Suzie has worked for UBS Wealth Management, St. James’s Place Partnership and a number of smaller local IFA practices. She joined Navigate at the end of 2020 to oversee the administration and running of the office.

When she’s not working, Suzie enjoys running, cycling, going to the gym and keeping up with her 12-year-old daughter and Labradoodle, Harry.

Simon Ognall

Operations Director

Simon has primary responsibility for the overall client services functionality and centralised investment proposition.

With 35 years of sales and marketing led General Management positions, he brings a wealth of client facing skills and knowledge to the business and ultimately ensures that the client is at the centre of everything we do.

A Surrey ‘local’ he is well immersed in our culture and values and is a key component of a harmonised client focused team.

Living in Cobham with his long suffering (35 years) wife Jacquelyn and 19 year old son Ollie + the obligatory Navigate dog (Maisie, 8 year old Labrador), Simon loves dog walking, swimming, the beach and an occasional glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc at the local William Bray in Shere. 

Chris is the newest member of the team at Navigate and has recently sat his final exam in order to become a Diploma qualified Financial Planner with the Chartered Insurance Institute. Chris obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University whilst playing golf for the Division 1 men’s golf team. A keen sportsman and qualified tennis coach you can always find him on a court, pitch or at the gym.

Chris lives in Hook with his partner, Emily, and enjoys cooking, exploring European cities and partaking in charity fund raising events. He shares a fellow love of dogs with the Navigate Crew and is looking to add another furry friend to the team.
