Philip Warren

Founder & Director

With over 30 years’ experience, Philip is a qualified Financial Adviser with Diploma status from the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society, and also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He began his career at City Assurance Consultants. He rose through the ranks to become CEO, after which he led a successful management buyout and seven years later sold the company.

Philip has an exceptional rate of client retention and takes great pleasure in his long-standing relationships spanning decades and generations with client’s families.

Philip is married to Annabel and has three daughters. He is keen on long walks with his working cocker spaniel, Eddie, in the Surrey countryside. He is a qualified navigator and puts this to good use in various vintage aircraft at summer air shows. Philip also enjoys fly fishing and field sports and is a Freeman of the City of London.

Mark has been helping private individuals, trustees, and their advisers with wealth management and financial planning matters for 25 years. He is a Chartered Financial Planner, a fellow of the Personal Finance Society, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (MCSI).

Mark is married to Kerrie and they have two teenage children. In recent years he has become a keen gardener and since starting the business with Philip has also acquired a cocker spaniel! He is a keen runner and when not at his desk, in the garden, or ferrying the children around – he’ll be jogging through the Hampshire countryside (rather slowly).

Suzie Harrowing

Operations Manager

With a BA Honours degree in Business Management and almost 20 years’ experience in Financial Services administration, Suzie has worked for UBS Wealth Management, St. James’s Place Partnership and a number of smaller local IFA practices. She joined Navigate at the end of 2020 to oversee the administration and running of the office.

When she’s not working, Suzie enjoys running, cycling, going to the gym and keeping up with her 10-year-old daughter and bouncy Labradoodle.

Rosie has been working at Navigate since March 2020, dealing with client queries and ongoing compliance, writing reports and liaising with pension providers. Following a BA in Politics at the University of York and prior to working at Navigate, she worked in client delivery in the financial sector. She is the biggest animal lover in the office and enjoys running and long dog walks in the Surrey Hills.

Lottie joined Navigate in the summer of 2021 having graduated from the University of Exeter in September 2021 with a BA in Classics and more recently an MA in Sociology.

Her main responsibilities include liaising with pension providers, responding to client queries and helping with the onboarding process. She is also on standby to make teas and coffees for client meetings.

Outside of work, she is a member of her local Athletics club and enjoys spending time with Basil, her Golden Retriever.
